
Ingredients
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp OBENTO Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp crispy chilli oil
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 spring onion
Method
- peel cucumbers and slice to desired thickness, set aside
- toast sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden and crush in mortar and pestle
- mix all ingredients down to and including sugar in a small bowl with the crushed sesame seeds
- arrange cucumber on plate and pour sauce over
- garnish with thinly sliced spring onion and enjoy
