
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked rice cooled
- 3 Tbsp of Obento Sushi Seasoning
- 2 sheets of Obento Yaki nori
- 95g tinned tuna in springwater
- 2-3 Tbsp of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cucumber cut into 1-2cm thick strips and length of nori
- (Optional) Soy sauce to serve
Method
- In a bowl, mix the Obento Sushi Seasoning with the cooked rice. Set aside.
- Strain the tuna and in a separate bowl mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Place one of the Obento Yaki nori sheets on a bamboo rolling mat.
- Spread rice mixture over the Obento Yaki nori
- Place half the tuna mixture in a line across the bottom section of the nori
- Place the cucumber in a line next to the tuna mixture.
- Roll up the sushi with the bamboo mat and cut in half
- Repeat steps 3 to 7 for the second roll.
- Enjoy
