
Ingredients
- 500g Chicken Breast
- 1 pack Golden Curry
- 2 cups White Rice
- 1.5 cups Panko Crumbs
- Shallots for Garnish
- 1 egg (beaten)
Method
- Beat egg and coat chicken breast pieces before crumbing with Panko Crumbs.
- Fry in shallow cooking oil until cooled through.
- Meanwhile, cook rice in saucepan or rice cooker as per instructions.
- Make Golden Curry Gravy as per instructions.
- Slice cooked crumbed chicken and place on a bed of rice. Cover with Golden Curry Gravy and garnish with shallots.
- Eat and enjoy!
