
Ingredients
- Obento Yaki nori
- Carrot
- Pandaroo Sushi rice
- Avocado
- Pandaroo Rice paper rolls
- Macro organic Tofu
- Kikkoman Soy sauce
- Cornwell's apple cider Vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- Pantai norasingh Sriracha Chili Sauce
Method
- Rinse sushi rice and cook as per instructions on the packet. Once cooked put the rice into a bowl and add 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Set aside and allow to cool completely.
- Thinly slice the tofu into strips. Fry each side of the tofu until golden and crispy. Add the salt and pepper while cooking.
- Thinly slice Cucumber, Carrot and avocado.
- Quickly dip rice paper into warm water then add 1/4 of nori sheet to rice paper and add some of the rice, vegetables and tofu.
- Top with sauce of your choice then roll up.
- Roll the roll in sesame seeds
- Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 until you have made enough rolls for your liking.
- Fry the rolls in oil in a hot pan until lightly crispy.
- Serve and enjoy with soy sauce and sriracha!
