
Ingredients
- Firm tofu
- Squid brand fish sauce
- Lime juice x 2 limes
- Garlic clove
- Chilli
- 1/4 cup Corn flower
- Broccoli
- Brown rice
- I table spoon Palm sugar
- Spring onions handful
- Coriander handful
- 2 table spoons Sesame seeds
Method
- Mix one part lime juice, one part fish sauce, minced garlic, chilli and table spoon of palm sugar. Mix and alter to taste.
- Dry tofu and cut into cubes. Dust with cornflower. Hear pan with coconut oil and lightly fry the tofu in each side. Adding the sesame seeds at the end to brown.
- Steam some greens and rice. Place greens and rice in a bowl and add tofu and dressing, garnishing w spring onions and coriander. Enjoy!
