
Ingredients
- 1kg pork belly
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- Iceberg lettuce washed and sliced
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sriracha or tonkatsu sauce (optional)
- 8 x Frozen bao buns
Method
- Score pork belly rind and rub all over with oil and salt.
- Place pork belly rind side up in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Lower temperature to 160 degrees Celsius and cook for a further 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile steam bao buns according to packet directions.
- Slice pork belly and add to steamed bao bun with lettuce, Kewpie mayonnaise and tonkatsu or sriracha sauce (optional).
