
Ingredients
- Eggplant
- Garlic, minced
- Cornflour
- Abc kecap manis
- Olive oil
Method
- Cut eggplant into bite sized pieces. Soak pieces into a bowl of salted water for 5 mins.
- Drain water from eggplant and coat pieces in cornflour. Fry eggplant in olive oil until crispy and golden, turn eggplant pieces.
- Once both slides have been fried, lower heat and add garlic and kecap manis and stir welll
