
Ingredients
- 12 oysters
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 3 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup obento panko bread crumbs
- 500ml of vegetable oil for deep frying
Method
- Preheat enough vegetable oil for deep frying to 180 degrees.
- Season the oysters with lemon juice, salt and pepper and then coat the oysters with flour, and then coat with beaten eggs, and then coat with panko bread crumbs.(repeat one more time coat eggs and then coat bread crumbs)
- When the vegetable oil has reached 180 degrees, add the oysters into the oil and deep fry for about 3 minutes, until the oysters are golden and crispy outside.
- To make the dipping sauce, put the kewpie mayonnaise and Dijon mustard into the bowl and mix well.
- And then Serve with the dipping sauce.
