Ingredients
- Chicken Schnitzel
- Sushi rice
- Rice wine vinegar
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Kewpie Mayo
- Yaki Nori
Method
- Cook Sushi Rice in Rice Cooker
- Brown schnitzel in pan until skin is crispy and then place in oven until cooked.
- Once sushi rice is cooked mix in rice wine vinegar.
- Prepare/cut chicken, avocado and cucumber.
- Assemble chopped ingredients on top of cooked sushi rice, roll up on yaki nori with sushi mat. Cut and serve!
