- 500g Chicken thighs sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup cornflour
- Bao buns
- Hoisin sauce
- Coleslaw
- Spring onion
- Kewpie mayo
- Siriacha
Method
- Coat chicken in soy sauce and spices
- Add egg and cornflour, mix together
- Shallow fry chicken in oil until crispy
- Steam Bao buns
- Serve Bao topped with hoisin, chicken, slaw, spring onion, Mayo and siriacha
