
Ingredients
- Chicken schnitzel
- Bao buns
- Lettuce
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Kewpie mayo
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook chicken schnitzel in the air fryer for 15 minutes turning once
- Julienne cucumber and carrot
- Shred lettuce
- When there is about 4 minutes left on the chicken steam bao buns for 3-4 minutes till soft and fluffy
- Assemble! Add strips of the Chicken schnitzel to a bao bun with carrot, cucumber and lettuce
- Add sauce of choice, I used Kewpie mayo, sweet chilli and a tiny bit of soy sauce
