Crispy Broccoli and Tofu on rice with teriyaki sauce

Ingredients
- Jasmin Rice
- Firm Tofu
- Brocolli
- Corn flour
- Vegetable oil
- Coriander
- Spring onion
- Sesame seeds
- Mirin
- Soy sauce
- Sake
- Sugar
- Garlic
- Ginger

Method
- Cut Tofu into squares. Dip in Vegatable oil and then corn flour. Arrange on baking sheet lined tray and put in 220 C degree oven for 30mins.
- Cut up broccoli into florets. Arrange on tray with veg oil, salt and pepper. Place in same oven for 15mins
- Place 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of mirin, 1/4 cup sake, 1/4 cup sugar, minced garlic clove, grated inch of ginger in saucepan. Bring to boil then simmer for 10mins. Take off heat and let cool - will continue to thicken as it cools
- Wash and cook rice to your liking while sauce is simmering.
- Assemble dish with bed of rice. Place tofu and broccoli on top. Pour over some teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Sprinkle chopped coriander and spring onion on top.
