
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1.5tbsp peanut butter
- Dash of dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tsp brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tsp chilli oil
- Crushed peanuts
- Spring onion
- Hakubaku Udon Noodles (2 serves)
Method
- Cook udon noodles according to packet, reserving a bit of cooking water
- Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl
- Add reserved cooking water to sauce 1tbsp at a time until sauce thins and desired texture is achieved
- Add udon noodles to sauce and mix to combine
- Top with crushed peanuts and thinly sliced spring onion
