
Ingredients
- 600g Pork scotch fillet cubed
- 1 x Onion chopped
- 2 x Potatoes chopped
- 2 Carrots chopped
- Broccoli pieces or bunch of broccolini
Method
- Fry cubed pork and chopped onion in large pot or pan
- Add chopped potatoes and carrots. Add 500ml water boil then simmer for half an hour
- Add S &B curry paste simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add broccoli and simmer another 5 minutes. Ready to serve with steamed rice.
