
Ingredients
- Water chestnuts
- Chicken mince
- Coriander
- Large chilli
- Onion
- Lime
- Iceberg lettuce
- Mirin
- Fish sauce
- Garlic
- Oil
Method
- Finely chop onion, chilli and water chestnuts add to hot frypan with a dash of oil
- Add chicken mince with a splash of both mirin and fish sauce. Stir fry over a hot flame.
- Add chopped coriander and squeeze of lime juice
- Separate lettuce leaves. Rinse and strain .
- Spoon fried chicken mince mixture into lettuce leaves and serve
