
Ingredients
- Seaweed (Nori )
- Rice
- Can of tuna
- Cucumber
- Japanese seasoning sushi
- Mayonnaise
- Sushi bamboo mat
Method
- Cook the rice using medium grain rice or sushi rice in a rice cooker or a pot. Don't wanna make too wet or dry rice.
- Put the cooked rice in a large bowl. Pour the seasoning sushi into the bowl. Put a little bit first and taste it then pour more if you want.
- Put the tuna in a mideum bowl without water in the can. Mix with mayonnaise.
- Cut cucumber in a finger thin shape.
- Put the seaweed (nori) on the sushi bamboo mat. You can hand roll the sushi but it is bit harder.
- Spread the rice on seaweed (nori). Make it thin and cover the most of Nori. You can leave some gab on the top if you want the roll to be thinner.
- Now time to put some tuba and cucumber. Line them horizontally on the bottom of the rice ( leave finger gab from the bottom)
- Roll roll roll. Make sure you don't roll the mat into the sushi roll!!! Take it out as you roll.
- Put the roll on the chopping board and cut it in half. I normally cut them in little size so it is easier to kids to eat. Enjoy!* Top one is spam , egg and pickled daikon roll on the photo* tuna roll is below on the photo
