
Ingredients
- Obento Sushi rice
- Obento Sushi seasoning
- Tinned tuna
- Spring onions
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Birds Eye chili
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Olive oil
Method
- Cook sushi rice. Rinse 2 cups of Obento sushi rice in water. Put 2 cups of rice in saucepan with 3 cups of cold water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until water has absorbed.
- Drain rice. Season with Obento sushi seasoning. Press into a lined tin and set aside in fridge to chill.
- Finely dice spring onion. Slice avocado and cucumber.
- Drain tin of tuna. Stir diced spring onions and Kewpie mayonnaise through tuna.
- Cut chilled sushi rice into squares or fingers. Rub with olive oil and place in air fryer. Cook at 190 for 15 minutes.
- Top rice squares with cucumber or avocado and tuna mixture. Garnish with chili , spring onion and sesame seeds.
