
Ingredients
- 350g Sushi Rice
- 475g Tin cooked tuna in springwater, drained.
- 2 tbs Mayonnaise
- 6 mini cucumbers cut into strips
- S&B wasabi paste
- Obento packet of 10 Yaki Nori for Sushi roll sheets
- Obento Sushi Seasoning
Method
- Follow "Boiled rice" function on thermomix. Cook 20mins.
- Whilst rice cooking, mix tuna and mayonnaise together.
- Cut mini cucumbers into strips. Set aside fillings.
- When rice is cooked, spoon into a large bowl. Stir through, "Obento Sushi Seasoning" and allow to cool.
- Follow assembly instructions on "Obento Yaki Nori for sushi" by spooning rice & then cooked tuna mix. Scrape a thin line of S&B Wasabi paste. Roll nori rolls using bamboo mat.
- Cut roll in half. Serve with pickled ginger and soya sauce. Makes 10 large or 20 medium rolls.
