
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup jasmine rice
- 165ml valcom coconut milk (1 tin)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tbsp water
Method
- wash rice well under running water, until water becomes clear. soak rice in water for 1 hour
- drain rice and place in a small pot. add all ingredients and cover with a lid.cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
- remove lid and check the rice- it should be just almost ready! turn off the heat and leave in the pot for 5 more minutes.
- enjoy with your curry, steamed fish or roasted veggies.
