
Ingredients
- Coconut cream
- Single cream
- Pomelo pieces
Method
- Whisk the coconut cream with the single cream
- Pour into ice cream maker and churn. Alternatively pour into a container in the freezer.
- If not using an ice cream maker, remove from freezer when partially frozen and whisk.
- Remove skin from pomelo and break segments into pieces. Stir through coconut ice cream and serve.
