Coconut cream berry fruit tart

Ingredients

• 1 can Valcom coconut cream
• 4 eggs
• 1/3 cup caster sugar
• 1/2 cup almond meal
• 1/2 cup SR flour
• 1 packet mixed berries

Method

1. Beat eggs, coconut cream and sugar
2. Add almond meal and flour
3. Place mixed berries in pie dish pour over cream mixture
4. Place in moderate hot oven cook for 60 minutes
