
Ingredients
- vol au vent
- Thickened cream
- Coconut cream
- Coconut chips
- Sugar
Method
- Add 1/3 cup of coconut cream into one cup of thickened cream
- Add 2 tbsp of sugar into the cream mixture
- Whip the cream mixture until firm
- Gently add the whipped coconuty cream on top of the vol au vent
- Decorated the coconut chips on top.
