- fresh garlic/ ginger/ pork/onions/carrots/eggs pickle
Method
- heat oiled pan till smoking. Sesame oil / plain oil
- add all mixed veg/ garlic/ ginger to very hot pan then adds rice. stir fry adding soya sauce obento rice wine Vinger. then make a well in the middle of the pan / add beaton eggs to the floor of the pan. cooking eggs then mix all togather. add/ salt pepper to taste along with more soya sauce /obento rice wine vinger to taste ....Yummy :)
