
Ingredients
- 1 fresh long red chilli
- 2 garlic cloves
- 30g Peanut Oil
- 500g mixed vegetables. (Carrot, mushrooms, capsicum, broccoli, spring onions
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 2 tsps ABC Sweet soy Sauce
- 1-2cm Ginger peeled and sliced
Method
- Finely chop Chilli, Ginger and garlic
- Add Peanut Oil and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables, salt and ABC sauce and cook for 7 - 8 minutes, tossing sporadically.
- Garnish with fresh herbs
- Serve immediately and enjoy. Bon Appetit!!!
