
Ingredients
- Silken tofu - 300g
- Premium soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Sliced Spring onion - 2 stalks
- Sliced Bird eye chilli - 2
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Mince garlic - 4 cloves
- Crispy Fried shallots - 1 tbsp
Method
- Steamed the tofu whole for 10 mins and let rest for 3 mins.
- While tofu is steaming, just combined the soy sauce, chilli, spring onion and garlic in a bowl.
- Heat up the vegetable oil in a small pot and pour on the soy sauce mixture.
- Placed the steam tofu on your dish and sliced.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu and sprinkle with fried shallot.
