
Ingredients
- Brown vinegar
- Lee Kum Keep Soy sauce
- Honey
- Sesame oil
- Garlic
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Chicken thigh fillets
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 5 mins
- Cook chicken thigh fillets. Every few minutes, flip the chicken and spoon some sauce over the top
- Serve with salad or rice, whatever your preference is.
