
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup spring onion
- 2 Tablespoons crushed garlic
- 1.5 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1.5 Tablespoons oyster sauce
- Bok Choy I added 6
- I also popped in some corn spears
Method
- In heated wok/pan heat some oil I used sesame oil, add in your garlic and onions cook until golden brown.
- Into your wok/pan add your soy and oyster sauces cook mixing well for a couple minutes then turn off put aside. I also added my corn spears in this step coating them in the sauce.
- Cut your bok choy in half and wash then In a pot of boiling water cook/blanch your bok choy bottoms for 30 seconds then add all of them to your pot and cook/blanch for 1-2 minutes.Once done drain well.
- Then add to your wok/pan of sauce mix well, if your sauce gets a little watery I drained some into a cup added about 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed adding it back to pan heating it back up slightly for it to thicken giving you a little bit more sauce. Serve and enjoy.
