
Ingredients
- I pair of Chinese doughnut
- 3 pieces waterchestnut , chopped
- 100g fish paste
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 small fresh red chillies, chopped
- 1 glove of garlic, chopped
- 2 stalks coriander,cut in pieces
- Sesame Kewpie dressing
Method
- Mix fish paste, cornflour,soy sauce and ground pepper in food processor.
- Then ,add waterchestnut into the paste.
- Made a slit at Chinese doughnut with scissor.Then stuff the paste into it.
- Then, cut the ready stuffed doughnut into pieces and put in the airfryer bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20 mins.
- To made the dressing for salad:Mix chopped chillies,garlic and coriander and sesame Kewpie dressing.
- Drizzling ready mixed dressing over bake doughnut and serve.
