
Ingredients
- 6 Green Prawns ,Shrimps
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Red Chilly finely chopped
- 125g Warrigal Greens /tetragonia tetragonis , blanched and chopped
- 10 Snow peas ,1 carrot very thinly sliced6 Spring Onions ,green part only sliced into fine rings1 red Capsicum sliced into Match-sticks
- 3 Leaves of Kaffir LimeBasil Leaves to garnishLemon Juice
- 1 sachet Miso, 2 Tbsp Green Curry Paste
- Sesame Oil
Method
- In a bowl mix finely chopped garlic and red Chilly with 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Soy Sauce. Add peeled Prawns , mix and marinade for 1 hour +Tahn cook all above in a hot Wok until done. Set aside.
- Prepare Singapore Noodles as per packet instructions. Set aside.
- In a clean Wok heat 2 Tbsp Sesame oil and green Curry-paste until fragrant.Add red Capsicum and heat approx 1 Minute.add Sachet of Miso and 1/4 cup of water.Stir until dissolved.Add Kaffir Lime leaves , Snow Peas , Spring Onions , Carrot , Warrigal Greens nad Prawns.Stir for 2 minutes
- Add Singapore Noodles and mix well under heat for 2 Minutes.Turn off heat . Add 3tbsp Lemon Juice and 1/4 Cup of Cooking Sake, some fFsh SauceMix again and garnish with Basil leaves.
