
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Furikake seasoning
- Sushi seasoning/vinegar
- Chilli tuna
- Mayonnaise
- Seaweed (optional)
Method
- Put rice in rice cooker and add a cup and a half of water per cup of rice and cook in rice cooker.
- While the rice is cooking, take a bowl and add a can of chilli tuna and mix with desired amount of mayonnaise.
- Once rice is finished cooking, empty into a bowl to cool and add one tablespoon of sushi vinegar per cup of rice.
- Add furikake seasoning to the rice and mix it in.
- Wet your hands and add a small clump of rice to your palm and press about flat with fingers, then add desired amount of tuna Mayo mix.
- Add some rice on top and press edges together with fingers and continue to shape the onigiri by gently pressing with fingers.
- Cut some seaweed strips and wrap around onigiri.
- Enjoy.
