- Soba Noodles
- Asparagus
- Pork
- Soy sauce
- Peanut butter
- Sesame oil
- Chilli crisp
- Lime
- Scallions
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion powder
- Garlic
- Chilli flakes
- Ground chilli
Method
- Blanch asparagus
- Boil noodles and leave in strainer intermittently running water through to prevent clumping
- Mix sauce ingredients together (3tablespoons chilli crisp, 2x tbsp soy, peanut butter, 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1/2 a lime) shake in lidded container to emulsify
- Cook the meat, when brown pour half the sauce mixture in and stir.
- Serve by assembling noodles, asparagus and meat in a bowl, garnish with scallions.
