
Ingredients
- 180g Hakka Style Noodles
- 300 g green prawns peeled/ deveined
- 2 garlic Cloves minced
- 1 Brown Onion finely diced
- 1 green Chilli finely chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum finely chopped
- 1 Carrot finely grated
- 1 sprig Spring Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Boil water and cook the noodles as per packet, around 4 minutes or until soft.
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat with oil. Add onion and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until softened.
- Add prawns. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until prawns are just pink.
- Add capsicum, carrots and green chilli. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until heated through.
- Add Kecap Manis, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar and salt to the wok.
- Drain noodles. Add noodles into wok and toss to combine.
- Plate up, sprinkle with Spring onion and enjoy!
