- Obento seaweed sheets
- Obento sushi seasoning
- Crab meat
- Sriracha sauce
- Mayonnaise
- castor sugar
- Cucumber
- Caviar
- Sesame seeds
- Sushi rice
- Black pepper
Method
- Cook rice
- Add seasoning
- Layer rice on seaweed
- Add crab meat, cucumber, mayonnaise, sriracha and pepper
- Roll together and let stand for 10mins, slice and place on wooden board
- Garnish with mayonnaise and sesame seeds
- Add chilli (to taste)
