
Ingredients
- 800g Chicken thigh
- 2 TBSP Sesame oil
- 4 TBSP Honey
- 4 TBSP Sweet chilli sauce
- 3 TBSP Brown sugar
- 5 TBSP Tomato sauce
- 8 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tsp minced Garlic
- 2 TBSP Chinese rice vinegar
- 1 Avocado
- Kewpie mayo
- Rice
- Carrot and cucumber optional
Method
- Cut chicken into squares
- Mix together all sauce ingredients
- Brown chicken and cook until almost cooked
- Remove chicken. Add sauce to hot wok and boil until simmering. Wait until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add chicken, let sauce thicken on chicken. Remove
- Meanwhile, cook rice
- Serve chicken on rice, cut avocado on top and drizzle with lots of kewpie mayo!!! Add some peeled carrot and cucumber for extra flavour and crunch!
