Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Chicken stock
- 1/4 cup Mirin
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 10 Green onions cut into 2cm pieces
- 800g Chicken breasts cut into 3cm pieces
Method
- Combine soy, mirin, sugar and stock in saucepan. Boil and reduce heat, cook on a simmer until sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.
- Soak bamboo skewers for 10 minutes. Thread chicken and green onions onto skewers.
- Heat large frypan with oil fry skewers basting with sauce. Turning skewers frequently and continue to baste.
- Serve hot with rice.
