
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons OBENTO mirin seasoning
- 2 tablespoons OBENTO rice wine vinegar
- ⅔ cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 5 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 pounds chicken breast fillet
- salt, as needed
- black pepper, as needed
- 2 tablspoons vegetable oil
Method
- Put the chicken and the spices and sauces in a container and leave it for a few hours.
- Then grill the fillers in a hot non-stick skillet.
