
Ingredients
- Breast of Chicken
- Glass noodles, rice wine vinegar, hoi sun sauce, veggie oil, sesame oil kewpie’s mayo
- Coriander, mint cabbage carrots Cashews, lime
Method
- Cook chicken pour boiling water over the noodles and let stand till soft.
- Cut up veggies
- Make sauce and cashew crumble
- Zest lime and rough chop up cashews, add lime juice and a bit of sugar mix
- Mix all in a large bowl add half the cashews, serve in bowls and top with the rest of the cashews
