- S & B Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix
- Umami Papi Crispy Aromatic Chilli Oil
- Sesame seeds
- Fried Shallots
- Shichimi Togarashi
- Vegetable oil
- O bento sushi rice
Method
- Stir fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large casserole dish on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add water to just cover meat and vegetables. Bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
- Turn the heat off and break the S & B Golden Curry Mix into the casserole dish. Stir until dissolved and close the lid of the dish. Let it sit for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with O bento sushi rice and toppings as desired - chilli oil, togarashi, sesame seeds and fried shallots. Eat and enjoy!
