
Ingredients
- 800g chicken thighs
- 375g Indian simmer sauce
- 225ml Valcom coconut milk
Method
- Heat 20ml oil in wok
- Add chopped chicken till ready
- Add sauce and coconut milk and stir and simmer for 10 minutes
- Add rice if wanted for side dish
