Ingredients
- Rice wine vinegar
- Coles rice
- Nori sheets
- Coles frozen tenders
- Cucumber
Method
- Airfry chicken tenders for reccomended time
- Steam rice
- Slice cucumber into thin slices
- Place nori sheet shiny side down
- Season rice with 2tbs of rice wine vinegar
- With wet hands spread rice evenly across the nori sheet
- Add chicken tenders and cucumber to one side of the sheet
- Roll the ingredients up in the nori sheet and cut sushi into even sections
- Enjoy!
