
Ingredients
- 400g chicken thigh diced
- Udon noodles
- Stirfry sauce of choice
- 2 cups mixed Stirfry veg
Method
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook udon noodles as per instructions.
- While noodles are cooking, add chicken to a hot frying pan and cook until golden. Add mixed veg and cook for 2min.
- Add Stirfry sauce to chicken and veg mix. Cook for one minute.
- Add in drained cooked noodles. Mix well and serve.
