- Watercress
- Squid Brand fish sauce
- Pure sesame oil
- Yeo soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
Method
- Add 2 tbsp pure sesame oil I’ve medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, heat till fragrant. Add brown onion sliced, cook till soft.
- Add sliced chicken breast 500g, cook till brown
- Add vegetables, add 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons squid brand fish sauce and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Mix thoroughly
- Add noodles and cook on medium to high heat for 10 minutes or until all vegetables are soft.
