Ingredients
- Chicken schnitzel
- Yaki nori
- Sushi rice
- Vinegar
- Castor sugar
- Salt
- Aioli
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per instructions on packet. Mix castor sugar, salt and vinegar together and mix into rice.
- Lay yaki nori on sushi mat, spread rice over yaki nori and add chicken schnitzel and aioli in a straight line at the edge.
- Roll sushi and sea with some water.
