
Ingredients
- Soy sauce 3 tbl spoons
- 2 cups rice
- Pork belly
- Hoisin sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Bbq sauce
- Asian greens
- Salted fish 1/2 cup
- Chicken 2 cups diced
- Eggs x 2
- Onion x 1
- Chinese cooking wine 1 tbs
- Oil 2 tbls
Method
- Saute each veges separately
- Cook chicken and salted fish so aromatic
- Cook egg in wok.
- Add rice and other ingredients.
- Add soy sauce to taste
- Cook pork belly in oven
- Make dipping sauce with Oyster, bbq and hoisin sauce for pork belly once cooked.
- Enjoy.
