
Ingredients
- 400gm Chicken Breast
- 200gm Prawn Meat
- 1 can of Valcom Sliced Water Chestnut
- 1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 pack of Wanton Skin
Method
- Finely mince chicken breast and prawn in food processor
- Add water chestnut and mince it but not too fine.
- Add sesame oil, salt and pepper. Adjust the taste accordingly
- Put the filling in a bowl and rest it for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare wanton skin and put a spoonful of the filling in the middle of the skin. Brush some water at the edge of the skin, and wrap it to make it looks like a pouch.
- Put some flour on a tray before place the wanton. Repeat until all the fillings finish.
- Heat some oil in wok and fry the wanton in a batch. Make sure the fire is not too big as we want the filling inside to properly cook.
- Once it turns golden brown, put it on a paper towel until excess oil drain out.
- Serve it with sweet chili sauce.
