
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of sushi rice
- Half a mango
- 125 grams of tinned edamame beans
- 1/4 cup of spinach and rocket
- 1/4 cup of grated carrot
- 1/4 cup of thinly sliced cucumber
- 100 grams of chicken
- ABC Sweet Soy sauce
- 125 grams of tinned corn
- 2 table spoons of Obento sushi seasoning
- 2 table spoons of olive oil
Method
- In a small sauce pan put sushi rice and 3/4 cup of water together.
- Let rice cook for 15 minutes on a medium heat then mix with sushi seasoning and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Cook the chicken for 8 minutes in a pan with olive oil over a medium heat. Then set aside with the other toppings.
- Pour out the water in the saucepan with rice.
- Arrange the rice in a medium sized bowl and then arrange the other toppings around the inside of the bowl.
- Once arranged enjoy!
