- Stir fry sauce with oil ... add 1/2can of coconut cream... add diced chicken ..sliced veggies ...
- Simmer for 30 minutes ..add last half a can if coconut cream ..1table spoon sugar ..1 cup water and 2 teaspoons fish sauce . Simmer a further half hour to reduce the sauce
