- Chicken tenderloin
- Potato
- Carrot
- Broccoli
- Coconut milk
- Panang curry sachet
Method
- Stir fry 50g of panang curry sauce in a little bit of oil
- When fragrant, add in 400ml of coconut milk
- Stir pot and add in veggies (cut in cubes) which take longer to cook
- When half cooked, add in chicken and broccoli
