
Ingredients
- 3-5 cups of fresh mixed veggies (carrot, onion, mushroom, broccoli, bok chow, snow peas, capsicum) cut into strips
- 600grams of chicken breast cut into strips
- Valcom pad thai paste
Method
- Chop all veggies and cook them on a high heated wok for about 8 mins
- Then cook the chicken with 3 tablespoons of Valcom pad Thai paste till chicken is cooked through
- Add the veggies to the wok with chicken and toss for 1-2 minutes
