
Ingredients
- Chicken mince (500g)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 egg
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- Sushi rice
- For serving: lotus root, carrot.
- Rice vinegar
Method
- Make sauce: combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin, sugar, fish sauce and crushed garlic. Mix and put aside.
- Mix chicken with the rest of mirin, soy sauce and egg.
- Make 3 cm balls and fry on the sezame oil.
- Serve with sushi rice and veggies.I cooked lotus root and carrot in dashi mixed with a bit of rice vinegar, mirin, soy sauce and sugar.
